Menopause Support Online

All of my programmes of therapy and support are also available online, which means that they can be accessed from any location around the world.

I typically use Zoom as my video software of choice, although I am happy to accommodate alternative platforms if this is your preference. Whichever option we choose, you can be assured that the sessions will still be personal and focused.

If you are attending online therapy sessions then you may wish to consider the following hints and tips:

  • Choose a room where you are unlikely to be disturbed
  • Make sure you use a comfortable chair and can easily see your screen
  • Don't balance your laptop on your knee - try and find a suitable table or surface
  • Think about lighting - make sure the room is suitably lit, but not too bright
  • Have a glass of water at hand
  • Check your wifi signal - is it strong enough in your selected location?
  • Relax and enjoy your session - just act as if we are in the room together

Menopause Support

My approach to menopause support is based on research, which demonstrates that weekly sessions of hypnotherapy (alongside practising at home) reduces hot flushes by 70 per cent after just five weeks. The average satisfaction score from women taking part in these sessions is more than 9 out of 10.

My programme of support also offers simple techniques that control night-time anxiety including breathing techniques that settle the brain ready for sleep.
