Hypnotherapy in Pinoso

My therapy space is based just outside Pinoso and all of my support programmes are ideally located for local residents.

As well as residents of Pinoso, I am ideally located for surrounding communities and villages including La Tajera, El Prat, Rodriguillo, Els Purgates, les Enzebres, el Culebron, La Tolle del Rellotge and Lel.

My therapy space is located close to Raspay and my services are ideally positioned for residents of Raspay and surrounding communities, including Paredon.

Hypnotherapy

My programmes of hypnotherapy use guided relaxation and, therefore, a heightened state of awareness and concentration. This is commonly known as a 'trance state'.

Your conscious mind and subconscious mind communicate during this deep state of relaxation to allow a change in unhelpful thinking and behaviour.

Typically, my hypnotherapy programmes offer a short term therapy designed to provide quick improvements to many physical and emotional issues. You remain in total control throughout every session and I draw on many different techniques including NLP and CBT to acheive the desired results.
