Anxiety Support in Pinoso

My therapy space is located in the centre of Elda, approximately a 30 minute drive from Pinoso.

As well as residents of Pinoso, I am ideally located for surrounding communities and villages including La Tajera, El Prat, Rodriguillo, Els Purgates, les Enzebres, el Culebron, La Tolle del Rellotge and Lel.

If you are unable to travel then I will be pleased to run sessions in your own home, although a small additional cost for travel may apply. Alternatively, all courses can be delivered online.

Anxiety Support

My own journey with hypnotherapy started with a solution to conquer my fear of flying. I soon discovered the power of hypnotherapy as a tool in the relief of anxiety related issues.

My programmes of support address issues around anxiety, inability to sleep, panic attacks and phobias.
