My therapy space is located just outside of Pinoso, which is just across the border of the Region of Murcia and the province of Alicante. This means I am ideally located for anybody seeking face-to-face support in the city of Murcia and across the region.
In addition to residents of the city of Murcia, I am perfectly located for towns and villages across the region. This includes Yecla, Jumilla, Cieza, Molina de Segura and El Parmar.
If you are unable to travel then I will be pleased to run sessions in your own home, although a small additional cost for travel may apply. Alternatively, all courses can be delivered online.
My programmes of hypnotherapy use guided relaxation and, therefore, a heightened state of awareness and concentration. This is commonly known as a 'trance state'.
Your conscious mind and subconscious mind communicate during this deep state of relaxation to allow a change in unhelpful thinking and behaviour.
Typically, my hypnotherapy programmes offer a short term therapy designed to provide quick improvements to many physical and emotional issues. You remain in total control throughout every session and I draw on many different techniques including NLP and CBT to acheive the desired results.
